IBS&D Corporation, a leading provider of IT solutions for businesses, has announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Pilot Research, Inc., an innovative and reliable service provider for the commercial and Federal sectors. With the close of the transaction, IBS&D Corporation management will now lead Pilot Research, Inc.
